Watch Fix for Kinggath's Watchtower

Watchtower is an amazing Creation from Kinggath and his team. Watchtower includes many new systems and mechanics, including some modified UI files. Unfortunately, Watchtower shipped with a HUDMenu glitch - the Watch no longer changes states to show the environments' properties when the Handscanner is opened.
This Creation fixes the Watch state change glitch. Support includes both normal and large font modes. This Creation may be safely uninstalled at any point - there are no scripts getting saved to your save file.
