Tired of missile launchers in Starfield not quite making sense, or ship combat feeling a little flat? This mod aims to inject more realism and impact into your space battles, while improving overall quality-of-life features!

I always found it odd that a missile launcher with multiple tubes would fire the incorrect number of missiles per tube. This mod fixes that by making the number of missiles you can fire before reloading directly correspond to the number of visible missile tubes on the launcher. For launchers with significantly larger projectiles, I've adjusted them to fire fewer missiles per volley, but with a faster reload speed, to achieve balance. On top of these changes, I've doubled the base damage of all missile launchers to make them feel truly impactful.

But that's not all! This mod also brings several significant enhancements to ship combat and general gameplay:

-Boosted Missile Perks: The Ship Missile Weapons skill tree perks have been reworked to offer significantly more damage. At Rank 4, your missile weapons will deal 200% more damage (3x total damage), stacking on top of vanilla benefits like action cost reduction, lock-on time, and recharge rate. Get ready for some serious firepower!

-Vanguard Weapon Buffs: Vanguard ship weapons have received substantial buffs to ensure these unique parts stand out and are more competitive in combat.

-Extended Interaction Ranges: Say goodbye to awkwardly close interactions! Looting distance is increased to 2000 units and docking distance to 1000 units, matching more common and convenient standards.

-Increased Ship Capacity: You can now own up to 20 ships (up from 10), giving you more flexibility for your fleet.

-Enhanced Missile Lock-On: Missile acquisition distance has been significantly increased, allowing you to lock onto targets from much further away.

Important Notes: This mod is highly experimental! I'm very new to modding with the Creation Kit, and I'm still learning the ropes. Please use this mod at your own risk.

Future updates will expand this mod to include other ship parts, eventually becoming an all-in-one ship overhaul for personal use and for anyone who wants to download it.

Load Order Advice: Since this mod extensively modifies weapon stats, ship parts, and gameplay values, it's generally best to place it lower in your load order. This helps ensure that its changes are applied after any other mods that might affect weapons, ship systems, or overall gameplay. If you have other mods that specifically alter missile launchers, ship weapons, or interaction ranges, you might need to experiment with placement to avoid conflicts. A common practice is to place "gameplay-altering" mods lower, while "foundation" mods (like unofficial patches) go higher.
