Realistic Neon Signs

::Details:: This mod aims to make Neon Core feel more realistic and immersive. A big issue with the signs in Neon Core is the advertisement screens are not in direct line of sight of pedestrians. Often the adverts were facing 90 degrees away from traffic, and facing walls instead. This resulted in poor viewing angles and a minimal amount of direct attention focused viewing.

This has been addressed with this mod. Now most signs point directly at the viewership traffic (10-30 degree offsets). This not only increases realism, but greatly aids in player immersion. In some cases, the signs have also been moved, Duplicated, and deleted to avoid issues, increase duration of visibility, and prevent viewers being able to avoid visual contact.

:::Compatibility::: This mod will likely have incompatibilities with any mod that drastically alters Neon's Core District. Especially if the mod moves the signs. Some mods might also place objects in the same places that this mod moves the signs to.
