1:1 Universal Timescale

This mod was requested after I published my other mod "Slower Universal Time on Planets".
This mod changes the timescale of Universal Time (UT) to 1:1.
This means that 1 hour in game is the equivalent of 1 hour in real life.
This applies to all cells, in space and on land.
I would recommend installing this for a fresh character. This mod shouldn't conflict with anything except other mods that adjust Time Scale variables.
