Fallout Inspired Backgrounds

This mod takes inspiration from the perks system of Fallout to create 16 new backgrounds with starting skills. Some of these backgrounds come with advanced starting skills, giving you more specialisation from the beginning.

For example, the background "Gun Nut" starts you with the advanced tier "Weapon Engineering" skill.

More examples of backgrounds are:

"Iron Fist", which gives you Boxing, Martial Arts and Neurostrikes right out of the gate, giving you a strong start in an unarmed specialisation.

"Lone Wanderer" gives you the skills Isolation, Rejuvenation and Weightlifting.

"Local Leader" gives you Leadership, Ship command and Outpost Management,

"Ninja" gives you Stealth, Concealment and Gymnastics.

And so on.

Note: This mod gives you higher tier perks before you have unlocked that tier, meaning you won't be able to rank up that perk until that tier is unlocked. I feel like this balances the fact that you have high tier perks at low levels and prevents you from becoming too overpowered at low levels.
