Improved Power - Particle Beam

The description of Particle Beam says it does "terrifying" damage but, I don't know about you, 200 damage at NG+ 10 isn't at all what I'd call terrifying. By the time you're that far into the game you're likely well over level 100 and you've had Advanced weapons that do at least twice that for 80+ levels, so I decided to give the power a little boost.
The vanilla Particle Beam does 60-200 damage, based on which NG+ you're currently on, which is really weak, even taking into account that the power will always deal that much regardless of resistances. This mod bumps up the damage to 100-1000, which is a significant buff and should make it worth using sometimes, and perhaps worthy of calling the damage terrifying.
