A new automatic rifle chambered in a new .30-06 caliber rifle cartridge. Developed on Earth during the early 20th century for major world conflicts, the IFR has been combat tested for centuries and held true throughout.
Achievement friendly
Includes 46 attachments, including a handful of ammo types, giving you the ability to customize to a significant degree. Anything from standard heavy rifle, light machine gun, smg, or sniper rifle.
Level List Injection, allowing the weapon to spawn on vendors and NPCs.
A Unique version, sold at Neon Tactical, inspired by the military doctrine the original design was developed for.
10 Unity-locked upgrades, allowing you to keep up with the competition, no matter how many universes you've jumped.
Details:
The weapon is leveled to start appearing around level 24 on NPCs and Vendors. Uses a new ammo, .30-06, craftable at the industry workbench. Requires Ammunition 1 researched to craft.
At Neon Tactical, Frank builds a custom variant of the weapon, heavily inspired by the original military doctrine the weapon was built for. Slow moving, intense suppressive fire. He often has more reproductions over time. Includes 46 attachments, giving you the ability to greatly customize the weapon.
Attachment List:
**6 Ammo types, granting some special stats or effects 9 Barrels 4 Handguards 6 Magazines 5 Muzzles 5 Receivers, including a few that offer ammo caliber conversions. 6 Optics, including one special "sightless" option 5 Stocks 10 Unity-locked upgrades. Each time you pass through the unity, you unlock the next Unity tier. Each tier significantly increases damage and critical damage, allowing you to match whatever dangers you face. **
