Description: Atom-74: A relic of Old Earth's weaponry, the Atom-74 merges classic Old Earth Assault Rifle design with advanced Starfield technology, featuring a modern and tactical appearance that offers unmatched reliability and firepower across the entire constellation.
Game integration: The Atom-74 will appear just like any other rifle in the game starting from level 20+, including vendors, exploration, and enemies. But if you're a new traveler, don't worry - your first version can be obtained starting from level 5. We highly recommend checking out the weapon vendor on Gagarin Planet, where you might become the happy owner of this new product. For more experienced travelers, in addition to the basic versions, there are a couple of unique variants:
- Dusty: Available from level 30 at the weapon vendor on Gagarin Planet.
- Atom-74 MK.2: Available from level 40 at the weapon vendor on Polvo Planet.
Even if you lose these variants, don't worry. This is a well-established production, and visiting these vendors after some time will allow you to acquire them again.

Balanced to the vanilla Old Earth Assault Rifle, utilizes 7.62 ammo and includes a variety of attachments:
- 3 Barrels
- 1 Laser
- 10 Sights
- 6 Muzzles
- 3 Grips
- 3 Internals
- 5 Magazines
- 3 Receivers

New Fire Sounds
- Updated firing sounds for both Automatic and Semi-Automatic receivers.
Balance Tweaks
- Rate of Fire: Reduced from 15 to 11 rounds per second (900 to 660 RPM) for better match the new sounds.
- Damage: Increased from 15 to 18 per shot to compensate for the reduced fire rate.
- Damage Per Second: Adjusted from 94 to 98, balancing rate of fire with increased damage.
- Base Range: Extended from 65 to 75, allowing for better performance at longer distances.
Textures / Materials
- PC: Slightly updated textures with subtle improvements; groundwork laid for future updates.
- XBox: All textures now use proper compression for optimal performance. -
