Features:

Ammo replenishes automatically via recharging.
Optional ammo counter.
Can be converted from a laser rifle into a shotgun, or railgun!
Rare, unique variant can be found, called the 'Blackhole', which can be found somewhere in Neon!
Spawns on vanilla enemies and also appears in multiple vendors, starting at level 21.
