ZeeOgre's Outpost Materiel Terminal An (optional) kiosk in the lodge basement and buildable in outposts, player homes and ships.
Sells a variety of REALLY useful items for building outposts.
Optionally buys contraband, removes reset cooldown, and allows you to enable skill requirements to offset xp penalties.
This is the same mod as https://creations.bethesda.net/en/starfield/details/3bd4ab04-9bbf-4e39-b5db-7b510bb3f761/ZeeOgre__39_s_Outpost_Materiel_Terminal
Except we now have XP penalties and an offsetting bonus by requiring skills to place them.
