DSM Protectorate Armor - Cheat patch

This is a cheat patch for those who would like to use my new armor and weapons but don't want to be bothered by requirements.
This is a patch to my Darkstar Protectorate armor and weapons mod. It adds recipes for the armor and weapons that require no ingredients, research, perks, etc.
Additionally, it includes a version of the Protectorate Plating mod which has no resource requirements to craft.
