Overview

A new estate is for sale on Jemison! This beauty can be bought for 150,000 credits, or for free if you so desire! To get started, simply head to the 'Cliffside Estate' marker found on Jemison.

Features

Storage Hab

This Hab features storage containers for gas, liquids, solid and manufactured goods. An additional storage unit for everything else can be found there too. Furthermore, all workbenches are located in the storage Hab as well. These are linked to all the inventories around the estate, which allows them to use resources in those inventories for crafting. And of course, a fully functional ship builder is available here too.

Operations Hab

In here you can find all the different mission boards and a bounty clearance board. Please keep in mind, while you have faction specific missions boards available here, you still need to finish their questlines to be able to use them. A vendor selling armor, clothing, guns and ammo is accessible via a terminal. This vendor also buys all your items, except stolen and contraband.

The Estate

The main part of your new property - the Cliffside Estate itself - features 6 rooms in total. It sits right on a waterfall that flows out of the cliffside. Starting with the landing area, this two story section connects all rooms together. From there, you can make your way to the Display Hall - a large room featuring plenty of mannequins and weapon displays, the perfect room to feature your most precious equipment. On the other side, you can find the living and kitchen area. Need a coffee or a tea? Make sure to use the appropriate machines in the kitchen for that! In the kitchen you can also find a functional stove, acting as Cooking Station. Heading upstairs through the landing area, you'll find a small office and a generous bedroom. The bedroom comes with a mirror to change your appearance, as well as a bathtub for you to use. Lastly, the upstairs also features a large lounge in which you can get a selection of different drinks! The lounge also connects to the staircase leading up the cliff to the top.

The Exterior

The exterior is decorated, including a small pond and a staircase to get on top of the cliffside. Build mode is available in both the exterior and interior parts of the estate!

Additional Features

• All mannequins can be swapped between female and male
• All clutter and decorative items are static
• Build mode features the full selection available in outposts for you to build, but keep in mind crew assignments and cargo links do not work here
• A few upgrades can be bought via the 'Cliffside Estate Terminal', allowing you to get workers, security robots and turrets.
• All rooms, except the bathroom and Display Hall, can be toggled between enabled and disabled. Don't want a room? Just disable it and decorate it yourself!
• All rooms feature light switches and shutter controls
