Hyla II - Purified Water (Quick Bugfix)

This is a very quick fix to make the water on Hyla II not hurt your character, especially not if you grabbed an awesome house with a pool.
Unfortunately, this is untested, but should be a relatively safe and simple mod. I will bundle this with a more useful mod at some point so you do not need to waste a plugin slot.

A few small, but key, changes to the planet Tidacha I to make it more suitable for human habitation. It makes the air breathable (non-toxic), it makes the water safe, and more.
