ECS Constant is missing (fix)

PLAYSTATION UPDATE AND 1.16.236.0 (FREE LANES) COMPATIBILITY This creation requires no changes for the new game update, PC and Xbox players can continue to use the existing version.
DESCRIPTION This is a simple workaround for the issue where the ECS Constant can go missing. If you complete the quest "First Contact" by giving the crew a grav drive, the ship is supposed to jump from system to system as they search for a new home, with an activity "Location of the ECS Constant" in your mission log to track them. However, the ship can for some reason get disabled, with the pointer directing you back to Porrima II's orbit.
With this creation installed you'll have a slate added to your inventory, "ECS Constant missing?" Read the slate, and the ship should be re-enabled when you're finished.
This fix isn't really needed on PC, you can just use the console command 002031E8.enable instead. But if you're on Xbox, or just don't want to use console commands, this fix is doing the same thing. It does include a couple of sanity checks, like making sure you picked the grav drive option in the quest, and checks the ship is indeed disabled.
Read the tablet while at the Porrima II orbit location if the ship is still missing.
