Cloaking Shield Equipment

Adds a new piece of equipment that adds the Starborn Guardian Cloaking effect to your ship. There is also a new Perk for this equipment and you need to invest in the Perk before you can buy/add the equipment to you ship. It uses the Com Spike Mesh.

It looks like mods in general are broken on Xbox and when you have to reload your Save, stuff stops working.
