With every rank of the Ballistics skill, your weapons do 25%/50%/75%/100% more damage. Rank 4 also has ballistic weapons range increased by 50%.

Starfield defaults are 10%/20%/30% damage with Rank 4 being range increase by 30%.

EXTREME version also available - "Mordrid's Ballistic Skill More Damage - EXTREME" with 50%/100%/150%/200% = 1.5x/2x/2.5x/3x values instead
