UnityForge: Craftable Starborn Spacesuits

Introduces the crafting of six Starborn Spacesuit variants, seperates the helmet and the suit, allows suit & helmet modifications and introduces 20 unique skins to each suit.
The suits and helmet are craftable at the Starborn Spacesuit Workbench & the skins are craftable at the Spacesuit Workbench.
Suit has a DR (all types) of 232 & the Helmet has a DR (all types) of 64
Skins are available in two flavors; Glossy and Matte:
- Blackout
- High Fidelity Constellation
- High Fidelity Vanguard
- Constellation
- Crimson Fleet
- Freestar Collective
- NASA
- Ryujin
- Vanguard
- Va'ruun
22 skins per suit (11 themes per flavor) + a unique default skin, 132 total skins
The suits and helmet are modifiable as regular suits. No modifications are available for the boostpack, however, the boostpack is given the Balanced modification. Skins are only applicable to the newly introduced suits and helmet.
Special Projects rank III & Spacesuit Design rank III are required to craft these custom suits.
