Flat Wellness Buff & No Level Up HP

Enemy damage doesn't really improve with level therefore even with difficulty and weapon balance mods/creations the combat becomes redundant due to player being too tanky.This creation tries to fix it with very simple and safe number edits:

HP gain per level is set to 0.
Wellness perk is changed to give 600 HP in total, making the player have 800 HP without any items or consumables.
HEART+ consumable item now gives 100 HP instead of 20% if even more hp is needed.

New game is not required if you have access to console commands, otherwise the old Wellness buff will remain the same. Mid game guide via console commands:

Remove every armor and clothing piece.

player.removeperk 002CE2E1 player.getav endurance player.setav endurance 1

now your hp should be 200(225 if you have serpent's embrace)

player.addperk 002CE2E1 (rank1 +100hp) player.addperk 002CE2E1 (rank2 +150hp) player.addperk 002CE2E1 (rank3 +150hp) player.addperk 002CE2E1 (rank4 +200hp)

This creation can be removed anytime, after removal Mid game guide console commands should be repeated.
