Readable Suit Protection Warnings

In the base game, your suit protects you from environmental damage - for a while. You know when this happens because your watch beeps (and flashes the relevant icons), and the beeping speeds up as it gets closer to running out.
I wanted something a bit more specific!
This mod shows notification messages when your suit protection falls below 50% of the total, then 20%, and finally 5% (if it has time to show all three). The watch will also show the suit-integrity warning. There is also a message when it runs out entirely.
Beyond regular hazards, there are two other times it might show up. First, EM weapons can drain massive amounts of suit protection virtually instantly, so if you're being shot at with one in a location where it can regenerate then you're going to get a lot of (technically accurate) messages. It will also occasionally trigger when you change outfits.
This mod does NOT turn off the beeping, by the way. You'll need to look elsewhere if you want to do that.
INSTALLING/REMOVING: Removal should be about as harmless as possible. If you happen to install it on a save where your character's suit protection is already reduced, it might not start working properly until you let it regenerate back to full protection. (It should work, but this was too minor for me to test as much as the rest.)
COMPATIBILITY: It reads the suit protection value but doesn't modify it, and doesn't care about anything else, so it should be compatible with pretty much anything. (Except, I suppose, for mods that totally overhaul how suit protection works.)
CUSTOMISATION: None. The warning levels are fixed. (I made this before I knew how to implement gameplay options.)
