Star Wars Patrol Trooper Armor

Adds the armor to the game and craftable at the Industrial Workbench. Replaces the armor of the UC Well Security guards and renames them to Patrol Trooper. No Morphs Please set slider to zero.
If you use UC Empire or any similar mod, put the Patrol Trooper mod lower in the load order
If you already Visited New Atlantis Well the armor will probably only change on new game or new game+
