[BUG] Cape can be floating upwarts I need to fix that.

Adds Darth Vader Outfit to the game It can be Crafted in the Industrial workbench. It is an Spacesuit not clothes!!!
The Cape Physics are not that good since I have no base mesh with a long cape to steal the physics from, because of that I have added an alternate version without the cape as craftable. The armor has no morphs so please use 0 weight to avoid clipping.
