Legendary Boostpack Stutter Fix

The 'Aerial Advantage' and 'Grenadier' legendary effects on boostpacks cause a noticeable stutter every single time you boost, due to how it's magic effect is set up. Essentially, every time you boost its reapplying the effects since its meant to be a temporary.

My fix, is just making the effects active at all times, and removing the graphical effect. You are constantly using your boostpack, so it personally felt redundant to me to constantly reapply a perk effect that you will more than likely have active anyway.

These use the original vanilla values, and the equipment descriptions where changed accordingly. These new descriptions also list more helpful information, and reflect the vanilla balancing.

I mostly made this for myself, and I understand the fix is subjective, but I figured I would share it anyway.

Legendary 4 Star - No VFX and Sounds is fully compatible. My mod does incidentally remove the vfx from these legendary effects via changing the perks, but edits none of the same records.

Any mod that edits the same legendary mods effects or description wont be compatible.
