Improved Powers - Grav Dash

Grav Dash is a power I don't use very much. It's an okay power, especially if you're melee, but it just never feels like it's worth the power expenditure. This should make it more worth using!
Grav Dash will now give you a burst of speed after using it that lasts as long as the damage boost! (from 6 to 15 secoinds depending on rank.)
It is 50% by default but comes with a gameplay option to customize how fast you go... or turn it off if you really want to.
