Doc Test Followerv2

new ESM file, added a few thousand health to the follower and set to ignore friendly fire to help with combat support. Changed the skills for the fllower to Leadership, Gastroomy, Outpost Management, & Weight Lifting. Follower is marked Essential just i case the 2,000+ health is used up. Should not take up a ship crew slot due to the leadership skiill.

The unique Ripshank the follower carries is slightly tweaked to do more damage as a melee compensation.

I removed the crime faction and created a new template so there is no tie to UC Crime (which I found is present on the generic crew template). The follower should aid the player and ignore any crimes the player commits.

Note this is a silent follower, but some of Gideon Akers quest dialog may trigger as removing it was causing errors. So I'm still working on my lerning regarding that part.

This is really not intended for use, but as a testing experieince for me as I am learning followers.
