Starfield Little Bits - Lasers Only When Aiming - No Mag Weapons

Hello!

I'm here with a new series of mods, 'Starfield Little Bits'. The main purpose of these will be to fix and adjust those little things, which hopefully makes a big difference!

This mod simply makes laser sights (red beams etc) only activate when you aim. It never sat right that the laser was on all the time, this makes it more 'tactical'! This version does not affect mag weapons!

As of version 1.2, it also adds dots to the laser sights!

Shouldn't conflict with anything that I'm aware of, load it late though just incase
