What's up, everybody! Tommy here, from Madth Productions, and this time- I MADE the mod!
This is my VERY FIRST attempt at making a mod! This simple Creation adds a NEW Location around the backside of The Lodge in New Atlantis. There you can find a few starting goods to being your adventures.
This mod is made with references to Xeno Master by GhostRider231, The Xeno Ambassador by Ghost Rider231, and Ironside Industries by ThorgenIronside. But this mod is made only with vanilla assets and has no dependencies. This mod should function as load order neutral.

Overhaul of the Dream Home. Moved the homes interior into the exterior cell of Nesoi. Added several buildings outside which contain all workbenches, a vendor and a ship builder!
