Trade Wars Gates of Janus:

V.1.1.05 - Added 3 timer variations, XP awarded for Micro Missions completed now

A lite economic and combat redesign for Starfield.

Your adventure begins the moment you load in. The Trade Authority aligned space station is now yours, complete with a staff‑only player home tucked inside the facility.

To keep the station running at full capacity, you’ll need to maintain its logistics network. That means breaking down the loot you find across the Settled Systems: weapons, gear, junk items, even certain food and misc clutter. It all feeds into the station’s supply chain.

Each cycle, the station checks its quotas. Fail to meet them and you’ll take operational penalties that affect accuracy, O2 consumption, and carry weight. Keep the machine fed, or feel the strain.

You’ll also take on resupply and repair tasks at newly added micro‑POIs: restoring FOBs, fixing comms arrays, or bringing power back online. These quick missions reward credits and Scrap Tokens on the spot.

This forms the core loop of the mod, your job is simply to keep your station alive, while the world around you becomes richer, denser, and more interactive.

The micro‑POIs are designed so you can spend 30–40 minutes exploring around a single site before even stepping inside, with constant engagement along the way.

You can also recruit Trade Authority associates you meet at the station or out in the world to help staff your growing operation.

At the crafting bench, Scrap Tokens can be exchanged for materials, new action figures, magazine bonuses, and even X‑Tech. Under Weapons, the Trade Authority grants access to new internal‑mod enhancers sourced from local vendors.

Note: Cycle requirements are pulled directly from the player’s inventory.

The Trade Authority is losing control of Freestar shipping lanes. Profits are crashing. Executive Director Aris Thorne activates the Merchant Intelligence Division (MID)—a covert unit built to restore supply chains by force.

You’re the outside contractor: unofficial, deniable, and well paid. The Gates of Janus are open. The system is at war.

The mod includes many micro discoveries—take your time and let the systems unfold naturally.

SCRAP TOKEN ECONOMY A new looter shooter resource loop. • Find Scrap Tokens in outposts, pirate dens, and wrecked convoys. • Combat becomes your primary resource engine—every fight fuels crafting and progression.

DECONSTRUCTION SYSTEM (A.E.G.I.S.) A.E.G.I.S. — Autonomous Economic Grid Intelligence System. • Break down weapons, armor, food, and junk into standardized MID components.

GALAXY AT WAR The Settled Systems are in open conflict. Dynamic encounters now populate every world: Seamless with vanilla. Huge boost to combat variety.

WHAT’S INCLUDED • New Star Station — full MID operations hub • Player home inside the station • New weapon attachment variants • New micro POIs across all systems • Recruitable Trade Authority operatives • Micro missions: resupply field teams with Scrap Tokens • Station upkeep questline with rotating quotas • Scrap based crafting systems and new rewards • Instant destruction box converting junk into rations and operational parts

THE TRADE WAR BEGINS Every Scrap Token recovered, every convoy saved, every pirate eliminated tightens Thorne’s grip on the sector. Your job isn’t diplomacy. Your job is to keep the lanes open and neutralize threats.

But in the wreckage of burned out freighters and gutted outposts, one question lingers: Where does order end—and profiteering begin?
