Skill Magazine Vendors

This mod adds a vendor to each of the major cities (New Atlantis, Akila City, and Neon) which sells all skill magazines for 100 credits
The vendor, MZ-1 is a Model-A robot that can be found at the near the landing pad of New Atlantis, Akila City, and Neon.
IMPORTANT: To actually receive the benefits of the skill magazines, you must drop them and then pick them back up!
Locations:
New Atlantis: MZ-1 can be found close to the spaceport. From the landing pad, head up the ramp, past the security checks, go up the stairs, then turn left before The Viewport, he is next to the ridge in the wall, standing on the grass.
Akila City: MZ-1 can be found just outside of the Ship Services building.
Neon: From the landing pad, turn to the right (if facing the city entrance) and you will see MZ-1 standing next to some shipping containers.
See above images if you can't find them.
And yes, you can also just cheat and loot the magazines from the safe next to the MZ-1 robot if you would like.
