Creations Lore Integration - Plasma

This small creation adds some world lore to the two plasma weapon creations by Bub200 and Toojb:
It adds two terminals, one in the MAST Defense Research/Health and Human Services/Aegis section and one in your personal office in the Ryujin's Operations section.
While this creation works on its own, it is really only meant to be used if you have the other two installed.
DISCLAIMER: The terminal entries were created with the assistance of AI (Gemini) to ensure they accurately reflect corporate language, which I find difficult enough in my own language but even more in English, which is not my native tongue.
