Additionally removes the combat health regeneration perk (abRejuvenation Rank 3 and 4) for better gameplay synergy. If you want health in combat, earn it. Also allows for better gameplay synergy with Sanctified Surge.

This perk rewards combat mastery with life-restoring energy, evolving across four ranks until even critical kills trigger greater healing and visual transcendence.

The Sanctum Transference perk embodies a divine yet pragmatic cycle: life flows from death, echoing in spiritual resonance. Each foe defeated fuels a loop of restoration, drawing the player deeper into the Sanctum’s design where healing becomes ascension.

🌌 Sanctum Transference – Rank Progression Rank 1: The Sanctum awakens. A flicker of life returns with every soul extinguished. (2% Health transferred to the player upon kill.) Rank 2: Your bond strengthens. Each kill floods you with deeper restoration, drawing you closer to Unity. (4% Health transferred to the player upon kill.) Rank 3: Vital echoes surge—death becomes a gift, and in each moment, your essence aligns. (8% Health transferred to the player upon kill.) Rank 4: You are the vessel. Through slaughter, the Sanctum shapes your becoming—Unity awaits beyond the veil. (8% Health transferred to the player upon kill. Critical hit kills transfer 25% health to player. Foes are shown giving up their life essence.)
🧬 Gameplay Effect Regain a portion of health every time you defeat an enemy. At Rank 4, critical kills will greatly restore your health.
