Builder Lite

This mod was made by request. It is load order neutral and does the following:

NOTES:

If you are starting a new game, you may have to save and reload the saved game for the mod to initialize.
This mod is scripted and should be compatible with any other mod.
Some small decorations available for outposts do not clip like they do in homes or your ship.
Turrets still act oddly when placing them, especially the MK1 turrets. They may have warnings on certain areas of the map that indicate they cannot be placed even though there is nothing there.
