Player Home Store

Introducing the Player Home Store. A brand new player home located within Akila City.

Location: The Player Home Store is located in Akila City, right next door to the Coe Heritage Museum.

The home itself is lightly inspired by Mick and Ralph's from Fallout New Vegas. Featuring a ground floor themed as a shop environment for you to decorate how you wish. Want it to be a weapons store? Food store? General miscellaneous store with coffee cups and vases? Or maybe an old world store specialising in old Earth souvenirs? The choice is yours.

Moving on from the store, you will find a modest store room area. And up the stairs your new home, with a fitted Kitchen and Bathroom.

The Player Home Store also features a working workshop, so you can decorate your home how you want.

Almost every environmental asset of the Player Home Store has been custom built from the ground up to provide a unique and interesting setting. Featuring realistic wear and tear across the whole store/home to give a grounded, lived-in feel.

Note: If you were not aware, there is currently a small bug in Starfield that means placed items in the world tend to sink into surfaces when you leave and come back into cells. Fortunately however, there is a solution to fix this in the meantime.

1: Pick the items you would like to decorate your home with and drop them from your inventory into your house.

2: Then exit the house. Once outside, quick save your game and then reload that same save.

3: Re-enter your home, and all of your chosen objects will have been "grounded" meaning you can now freely pick them up and decorate your home with those object without the worry of them sinking into the terrain again.
