Cargo Reconsidered - Patch - Better Ship Part Flips

This file adjusts the stats of BSPF's many "flipped" cargo modules. Obviously, it requires that you be using BSPF. As well, while it doesn't technically require the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file, it wouldn't make much sense to use this without it.
Note that the while the original version of this patch duplicated the changes made in the main file, the new version does not. So if you are updating this patch and don't already have the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file in your load order, you'll need to add it. Note also that BSPF must follow the main "Cargo Reconsidered" file in your load order, and then be followed by this patch file.
