Empty 1x1 Habs

Adds empty 1x1 habs to the shipbuilder, complementing the larger empty hab modules added in 1.11.36. Empty habs exist for all manufacturers, and all exterior variants (ex. HopeTech fuselages, Taiyo top/bottom modules, etc.).
Empty modules are available at any vendor that stocks the regular modules. The empty hab appears as a variant of the other 1x1 habs, like the other empty modules.
Xbox version is slightly less supported due to me not having an Xbox. The mod isn't doing anything too fancy, so there shouldn't be any issues with it. If any issues do arise, I'll try to fix them.
