NGPM - Universe B : Smaller Colonies

NGPM stands for New Game Plus Multiverse. This mod, split in five parts due to the size of its files, changes the appearance of every character in the vanilla game, and makes changes in various locations around the galaxy so you have the feeling of traveling to a different universe.
The purpose of this part of the mod is to change the appearance of all the 107 NPCs in the smaller colonies (Eleos Retreat, Hopetown, Red Mile, Paradiso, staryards) and the layout and decoration of some of those places. Some NPCs related to main quests such as Shaw and Issa Eklund are altered by this mod as well.
If you want to change the appearance of ALL NPCs and a significant number of places, you can install one mod of each the following types in any order:
NGPM - Universe # : United Colonies, NGPM - Universe # : Freestar Collective, NGPM - Universe # : Smaller Colonies, NGPM - Universe # : Crimson Fleet, NGPM - Universe # : Companions and Crew.

All New Game Plus Multiverse mods are compatible with one another. If you plan to use a NGPM Add-on with this mod, you need to load the Add-on AFTER this one.
IMPORTANT: The best moment to activate this mod is right BEFORE entering the Unity or BEFORE starting a new game. Any other time may break the appearance of some of the NPCs, making them bald or wearing weird outfits. If you activate the mod mid-save, please do so while your character is in space. Also, it is a common practice to relaunch the game after installing mods and I advise you to do so.

Comprehensive economy tweak; completely hanging money from a pointless pursuit into a tool that players will need to learn to manage in order to find their way in the Starfield.
