Potent Serpent's Embrace

This mod changes the buffs and debuffs of the Serpent's Embrace Trait, in the vanilla game the buffs and debuffs for health and oxygen are 25, but with this mod enabled the buffs are now 100 for both health and oxygen and the debuffs 50. Also the duration of the buff has been increased to 12 hours (up from 4 hours).
