This collaboration addon for Xeno Master that introduces a special "wandering" NPC vendor voiced by Tommy from Madth Productions!

Getting Started:
- Tommy (and Clyde) will first start appearing in the New Atlantis Viewport. His dialogue options are limited if you haven't gotten the Xenobox yet.
