HOW TO GET

You can buy from Farad Kallob in Atlantis (Eit Clothiers Store)
Craft them at the Industrial Workbench.

KNOWN ISSUE There is clipping under the right arm while wearing the jacket, and aiming with a pistol. Deal with it.
