Vendor Credits Gameplay Option - Increased is Normal

More a joke mod on my part because of how ridiculously low the standard number of vendor credits feels but I honeslty feel that being punished for choosing the option that gives vendors an actually reasonable amount of credits is a bit harsh.
This mod changes the Vendor Credits gameplay option a bit.
Greatly Increased is now Increased and incurs a 2% XP loss. Increased is now Normal and no longer incurs an XP loss or gives an XP bonus. Normal is now Reduced and gives a 2% XP bonus. Reduced is now Greatly Reduced and gives a 4% XP bonus.
