A stimulant that increases movement speed by 50%. Less addictive then Frostwolf. Requires Performance Enhancement 1. This mod only makes it craftable, it doesn't add it anywhere in the game. If you use StarUI Inventory, the drug will be at the bottom of your unsorted consumable list. I don't know how to make my mod work with StarUI.
