Declared Contraband
Now you can declare your contraband!

A small creation allowing the player to declare their contraband.
You can buy tags, and sell you contraband at special kiosks located at the UC Security office, and The Rock respectively.
Civilian tags are available at the start for crafting and purchase, contraband with civilian tags are sold for less than if you join either the UC, or the Rangers and unlock their tags for use with declaring contraband.
