1280x720 Resolution

Changes the internal resolution to 720p. This is built into my Performance Tweaks (Series S) mods. I choose to break up my Performance Tweaks mods (Series S) for people who only want certain parts. Close and reopen game for it to take effect. Dynamic resolution is set to On but unsure if that actually works. Please note that this will most likely look blurry when playing on an Xbox set to 4K. In my opinion it looks perfectly fine on an Xbox set to 1440p. The Series S default resolution is only 900p so this is not that much of a downgrade.
