UPDATE
Added a check in UC quest line now, the player needs to have stealth skill level 3 before the quest will trigger now.
This adds in a new global var NotoriousLevel and NotoriousTrigger(750). The quest Deep Cover won't start from getting arrested/crime until your NotoriousLevel reaches the Trigger. Once that happens the next time you get arrested/scanned it should allow you to start the quest. Going the UC route should still trigger it like normal for that quest. I have different crimes give you different points. It doubles the amount if you're in UC or doing a crime against a UC faction member. I think this adds a bit more immersion to the quest and if you choose to help the UC allows the player to do a redemption arc so to say.
