Custom Cutter Lasers

Visit a workbench and craft the attachment mod for the color you want to use.
Please be aware that this mod edits the base Cutter and base Crew_Elite_Cutter (Hellers Cutter) to add an attachment point for the mod to function. That being said, it will conflict with other cutter mods. I will look into making compatibility patches as needed (when times allows) but as of now I will be focusing on fleshing this mod out as I plan on expanding it.

- Laser Cutter can now be used as a full-on weapon
- Added: Range, DMG, and Accuracy modifications to each laser
- Added a burning effect to targets when attacked with a laser
- Hitting an NPC with a laser is now considered an attack or aggressiveness
- Lasers now cost a varying amount of resources to construct -
