Resupply - Functional Showers, Furniture, & Supplies

Adds Functional Showers, Kitchen Appliances, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Medical Supplies, Ammo, & Office Decorations to Outpost Builder Menu.
Showers cure all afflictions on activation.
Bathroom Sinks cure all addictions and environmental damage on activation; while also increasing companion affinity gain.
The Captain's Table has an animated Master Mission Control Terminal (NPC Typing animation).
The 'Great Serpent Altar' gives the Serpent's Embrace buff (not the trait); while also having an animated praying variant.
All lamps can be toggled on/off.
The Toilets have animated water.
A bunch of other fun stuff (Personal storage locker, Trade Authority Laptop, Useable Drink Mug & Meal Tray, etc)
Supplies use Vending Machine Restock Timers( 7 Days).
Some items/activators give supplies in bulk and are depleted immediately upon use; requiring item/activator to be "restocked" before being able to be used again(Surplus Ammo).
Some items/activators give an arbitrary number of supplies before depleting; such as "20" cups of coffee or "6" pieces of Toast(Coffee Machines, Toaster, Drink Dispenser, Ect).
Some item/activators give supplies equal to the number of static models placed in the display(there are 10 apples in the fridge; so you can take up to ten apples before the apples need to respawn).
GAME WILL NEED TO BE SAVED, THEN RELOADED AFTER PLACING SOME ITEMS(FRIDGE); IN ORDER FOR ALL THE ACTIVATORS TO BE SELECTABLE FOR SOME PLAYERS. This is a gameplay limitation dependent on Player's PC/Console Performance.

V1.02 Update: Removed "BlueprintShips Starfield.esm" dependency(Best to update on a New game, New game+, or after removing all currently crafted items from a playthrough). V1.5 Added Outpost Menu Icons V2.0 Added Functional Showers, Va'ruun Decor, Bedroom Decor, and Office Decor (also changed recipe requirements to Credits to be more accessible). V2.5 Added Captain's Personal Storage Locker, Trade Authority Terminal/Laptop, & useable Meal Tray.
