Better Neon Security HQ

I always found it odd that the Neon Security HQ contraband room had no door with all the great loot you can grab from there. This mod adds a locked door, 4 sets of Neon Security Uniforms and helmets, and some weapons to the contraband room for better immersion and rewards. It also adds a 4th uniform to the upstairs lockers for better symmetry. Everything will respawn after a few days like the rest of the vanilla contraband in the room.
