No More Tiers

Update 1.1: Now covers the Plasma Cutter added with the Tracker Alliance update. Please note that this is not retroactive and will only work on a new game or a newly spawned weapon. 1.2: Forgot to set the quality level to appear right away at level 0. Should work properly now. Apologies. 1.3: Fixed the level entry for the Orion, so this should work at level 0. 1.4: Edited the correct tier for the Magshot, should do full damage now. Also added PC version to Beth.net
No More Tiers makes so equipment spawns in only one quality level, the equivalent of advanced/superior, plus boosts for weapons with missing or no tiers.

Features --Weapons only spawn with their highest level damage values (including melee weapons). --Space Suits, Backpacks, and Helmets only spawn with their highest protection values (For Physical, Energy, and EM). --Maintains the vanilla numbers for all equipment, other than two Crimson Fleet armor sets, which got a very slight boost (for some reason these two sets use their own quality attachments for tiers 2-5, which are only 5 points lower than the generic ones). --Quality level names are hidden/removed, as they no longer serve a purpose. --All weapons and space suit pieces use their base value (plus modifiers from other upgrades). This should help with the economy to some degree.
--The Eon, Equinox, Rattler, and Sidestar use Advanced Tier bonus numbers from Advanced Weapon Tiers. This puts all the low caliber pistols and the Solstice within around 10 points of each other.
This file makes the following changes by applying a bonus to each weapon's hidden Standard Receiver attachment: Arc Welder: 16 damage to 40 Auto-Rivet: 100 damage to 250 Cutter: 4 damage to 24 (Not sure on this one. Most weapons get a multiplier of somewhere between 2x and 3x, with 2.8 being the average, but I boosted the Cutter extra (x6) due to the very low starting damage combined with limited range) Novablast: 100 damage to 200 (The Novablast is EM damage only. Just bumped it so you have a better change of knocking people out in one shot when charged.)
Notes -Works best in a new game, or when starting a new round of NG+, as already spawned gear does not benefit. -This will make the game harder, but still perfectly playable. Use the player and enemy damage options to adjust as necessary.
Compatibility ONLY EDITS OBJECT MODIFICATIONS -Compatibility is high because no weapons and armor are edited directly, only the behind-the-scenes attachments that are used to make the tiers. Most mods that would not be compatible are ones that you probably wouldn't use with this anyway.
Known issues -Due to how the armor quality attachments work you will get space suits that appear identical, but cannot stack.
-The Bridger and Negotiator still have the "Advanced" tag. This was necessary because the damage of the explosion from these weapons seems to be tied to the Advanced keyword in some way.
