Outpost Habs Foundation Adjustment

This mod increases the maximum foundation heights on most of the buildable outpost structures. This makes building on slopes or over the water much easier to do without that annoying foundation max height warning. This allows for much more freedom to build cool outposts wherever you like.

These are made 100% with the Creation Kit.

All objects were changed from the vanilla 10-20 max foundation height to 100.
