DarkStar Manufacturing patch for the Shattered Space DLC

This patch allows you to craft and enhance all of the gear added by the Shattered Space DLC. This includes new weapons, armor, ammo, and apparel. As an added convenience, DarkStar has setup a small crafting shop towards the back of the landing pad at Dazra. As a first, and only for this Shattered Space DLC patch, the 3 laser based weapons added by the DLC can be upgraded to a mk.III vile version, a thank you for your time and patience waiting for this patch!

Added two infinite storage crates in front of the crafting building on Dazra. These will not reset making them safe. They are unlinked.
Added the Fang weapon skin as a craftable skin for the LongFang weapon.
Fixed an issue with the Schimaz not showing all of the available legendries.
Changed the name of one of the Teal Va'ruun Suits to Teal Va'ruun Pleated Suit to help players distinguish between the two variants of the suit.
