Neon Vertigo / Kansha - Neon Apartment Patch

Threw this together after encountering a problem running these two amazing mods together. There was a pillar and billboard that ended up in the living room section of the player home, blocking out the amazing view of the main throughway of Neon core provided by this amazing player home. I simply moved around some things and finished up the roof section to resolve the issue and keep things looking like they all fit together. This simple patch only affects the roof area of the apartment and touches nothing else.

- Neon: Vertigo - A Neon Overhaul creation by Speak_Elf
- Kansha - Neon Apartment by Madrox
Load Order
- Place this patch towards the bottom of you load order(with other patches)
- Load after Neon: Vertigo and Kansha Apt. creations
